BEVERLY HILLS—Nathaniel Ervin, 47, was traveling at a high speed southbound on 1100 block of Coldwater Canyon Drive around 5:35 a.m. on Friday, May 24, when he lost control of his 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe smashing into a tree.

HOLLYWOOD—On Tuesday, December 24, songwriter and director, Alta Sherral Willis (Allee Willis), 72, known for writing the “I’ll Be There For You,” theme song for the TV sitcom “Friends,” passed away in a Los Angeles hospital due to cardiac arrest. TOPANGA CANYON—Rick Schroder, 49, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence for allegedly attacking his girlfriend. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond Wednesday, May, 1.
